1. Who is responsible
This site is published by CodiumLab, an independent engineering studio run by Johann Losbar. CodiumLab is the controller of the personal data described here.
For any question about your data, write to hello@codiumlab.io.
2. What is collected
When you book a call: your name, your email address, the slot you chose and any note you add. The booking is handled by Cal.com.
When you send a brief: your name, your work email address, your company or website, your timeline, the offer you are considering and the description you write.
When you write by email: your address and the content of your message.
When you browse: the server keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, date, pages requested) to keep the site secure and running.
3. Why, and on what legal basis
Your booking, your brief and your emails are used to prepare the call and to answer your request: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR, article 6(1)(b)).
The technical logs serve the security and the operation of the site: a legitimate interest (GDPR, article 6(1)(f)).
No advertising, no profiling, no sale or rental of your data.
4. Cookies and trackers
This site sets no advertising cookie and no audience measurement cookie.
The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When it loads, Cal.com may set the cookies it needs for the booking to work.
5. Sub-processors
Cal.com, Inc. (United States): scheduling of the calls, under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
The hosting provider of the site and the provider of the mailbox, both located in the European Union.
This list is updated here whenever it changes.
6. How long
Bookings, briefs and emails are kept for twelve months after our last exchange. If we work together, they are kept for the length of the contract, then for the periods the law requires.
Technical logs are kept for thirty days.
7. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@codiumlab.io: you get an answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).
8. Changes
This policy changes when the site does. The date at the top of the page is that of the latest version. The terms of use complete it.
